Who handles your information

The EMMR website is managed by the portfolio owner. General enquiries are reviewed in the owner’s protected website inbox.

What you provide

The general and career enquiry forms collect your name, email address, area of interest, message, and the time of your submission and contact consent. These details are used to review and respond to your enquiry. Do not include medical records, identification documents, payment details, or confidential study information.

How enquiries are used

Your message is stored in the site database and is accessible to the portfolio owner. Agreeing to contact about your enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or authorise unrelated use. No automated hiring or eligibility decisions are made by these forms. Automated email notifications are not configured.

Hosting and access

ChatGPT Sites and its hosting and storage infrastructure process data needed to operate the website. Owner access uses ChatGPT sign-in. Service providers may process technical data, such as network, device, security, or sign-in information, under their own policies. Processing may occur outside your country.

The recruitment CV store is separate from the public pages. CV downloads require owner authorisation. The public website is not an electronic medical records system or research participant database.

Retention and requests

General enquiries currently remain in the website inbox until reviewed and removed by the owner; no automatic deletion period is configured. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of contact consent, or deletion, subject to applicable law and necessary retention. Use the contact page and include the email address used for your enquiry. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification process has been agreed.

You may also contact the relevant data-protection authority. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

Recruitment information

Candidate and employer forms are initially closed. Before enabling them, the owner must publish the responsible business and contact details and review the applicable recruitment and data-protection arrangements. Cookies, analytics, and other websites

No analytics or advertising tracker is installed in the application code. Essential hosting and sign-in technologies may still apply. Read our cookie notice. Business links and social profiles lead to other websites with separate privacy policies. External profile or logo images, if configured, involve requests to their image providers.
