Who is responsible
EMMR Talent is a planned business within the EMMR portfolio. The responsible registered entity and privacy contact will be published before submissions open.
What is collected and why
The forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, country, role or hiring focus, message, and, for candidates, a PDF CV. Employers also provide an organisation name. This information is used to review your enquiry and contact you about it. Your submission and consent dates are recorded.
Access and sharing
Submissions are stored in the website database. CVs are stored separately with access restricted to the portfolio owner through a protected download. We will seek your agreement before sharing your CV with a prospective employer. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or grant permission for unrelated use.
The website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate these services. Their infrastructure may be located outside your country. Before intake opens, the operator must confirm applicable transfer arrangements and publish any further required information.
Retention and your choices
Recruitment records are flagged for retention review after 90 days. The owner reviews these records and removes information that is no longer needed, subject to any applicable legal obligations. Deletion is managed by the owner; it is not an automatic background process.
You can request access, correction, withdrawal of consent, or deletion, subject to applicable law. Use the general contact form. Include the email used in your submission, not an identity document. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
Keep sensitive information out of your CV
Do not upload medical records, patient or participant information, national identity numbers, bank details, passwords, or another person’s private contact information. EMMR Talent does not use these forms for automated hiring decisions.
Candidate fees
We never charge candidates any fee. Sending a CV does not guarantee employment, an interview, or a placement.
