1. About these terms

These terms apply to the EMMR portfolio website at emmrgroup.com and its hosted version. In these terms, “EMMR”, “we”, and “our” refer to the publisher of this website under the EMMR brand. They describe the conditions for using the website and its enquiry features.

Please review these terms before using the website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use its interactive features or submit an enquiry. A portfolio listing identifies a business expression or planned venture; it does not, by itself, identify the legal entity responsible for a future transaction. The relevant provider must be identified in the agreement for that transaction.

2. Our portfolio and planned ventures

The portfolio includes businesses, social expressions, and ventures at different stages. A label such as “Planned venture” or “In development” means the described offering is not being presented as generally available. Plans, scope, locations, and launch timing may change.

EMMR Talent is a planned recruitment venture. EMMR Research includes planned clinical contract research (CRO) and agricultural research activities. EMMR Health Technologies is a planned digital health venture focused on an electronic medical records (EMR) system for Nigeria. Their appearance here is not a promise of a launch date, regulatory approval, a completed product, or an active service.

Insurance, research, recruitment, and technology enquiries are exploratory unless a relevant provider separately confirms availability and agrees the applicable terms. No insurance coverage, research participation, employment, or software access is created through this website.

3. Enquiries and careers

Provide accurate information and only submit information you are authorised to share. An acknowledgement of your message confirms receipt only. It does not accept an order, appoint an agent, create a partnership, or commit EMMR to providing a service or responding within a particular time.

The Careers page relates to opportunities within EMMR. It is separate from the planned EMMR Talent recruitment business. A career enquiry does not guarantee an interview, employment, candidate representation, or placement. If a specific application process is introduced, its instructions and privacy information will be provided separately.

4. Separate service agreements

These website terms do not replace agreements for products or services. Before an engagement begins, the relevant parties must establish the provider, scope, pricing, responsibilities, and applicable terms through an appropriate agreement.

• Recruitment: client services, candidate information, fees, placement terms, and any applicable guarantees require separate arrangements.
• Research: project scope, study responsibilities, quality requirements, confidentiality, data use, and any required approvals must be addressed separately.
• EMR software: licensing or subscription terms, implementation, support, service levels, security responsibilities, and data protection arrangements must be defined before use.

Where a separate agreement applies, it governs that engagement. Nothing on this website provides permission to access, share, or reuse patient or research participant information.

5. Responsible use

You may use this website for lawful browsing, enquiries, and other features offered to you. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent or abusive messages, distribute malicious software, interfere with the website, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or information without authorisation.

Candidate CVs, when intake opens, must use the dedicated EMMR Talent form and its recruitment privacy notice. It is not a patient portal, research database, or secure document-transfer service.

Do not submit patient records, identifiable research participant information, government identification numbers, passwords, payment card details, or confidential study documents through this website. If an engagement requires sensitive information, an appropriate channel and data-handling arrangements must first be established.

Agreeing to be contacted about an enquiry is not consent to marketing, participation in a study, or the sharing of health information between EMMR businesses. This website is not intended for emergencies.
